RETURNS
Thank you so much for shopping small with Carolina Creek Boutique! We hope you love all items purchased! In the event something doesn't work for you, we are happy to issue STORE CREDIT ONLY.
All returns are issued a store credit within 14 days in the form of a gift card. Gift cards are non-transferrable and cannot be turned in for cash.
We do not accept returns on the following items: jewelry, leggings. bralettes, hats, Bogg Bags, Swig Life, Brumate, and markdown or sale items.
In order for your order to be eligible for store credit, your item must be in the exact condition in which you received it; unwashed and unworn, smoke/stain/odor/perfume and pet hair free. Your return must include the original receipt or packing slip.
If returning an item paid through Sezzle, please know your payments through Sezzle will continue as scheduled. The store credit issued will be through Carolina Creek, not Sezzle and cannot be used towards your Sezzle balance.
If you receive an item that is damaged, you must send a picture to shopcarolinacreek@gmail.com within 3 days of receiving your package. We will offer store credit if you have reached out within those 3 days. If we are not notified in the 3 day timeline, we will not be responsible for the damaged or defected item.

You will be responsible for your return shipping costs. All shipping costs are non-refundable.
If you are returning an item $75 or more, you should consider using a shipping service that includes tracking and includes shipping insurance in the event that we do not receive your return.
